I realize there's not much happening on MacJukebox at the moment; for that, I apologize.
Until I can either
(a) learn PHP and webprogramming myself, or
(b) find a reliable team to help with the building and management of the site,
then things are going to be moving at a snail's pace around here for a while.
I have a lot of exciting changes planned for MacJukebox (sneak peek at the new design), but those changes do require a lot of technical knowledge that I just don't have at the moment. I realize that MacJukebox is just a shell of what it used to be (and what it could potentially be), and it has been very difficult for me to see it stagnate in this pre-development hell for so long. I don't know how many times I've felt like throwing in the towel on the whole thing, but if I did that, it would be quitting: I promised myself I'd see this project through.
Anyhow, in the meantime, please feel free to share your songs in our jukebox, and discuss your work, your Mac(s), GarageBand, or anything else in our forums.
As always, I welcome any suggestions, feedback, and/or assistance. Thanks so very much to everyone who continues to check on us from time to time...we'll be back, and we'll be better than ever! (We're just not exactly sure when yet... )
Sincerely,
Kevin "CaptKevMan" Copeland

It's good to see this still up and running, regardless of the speed.
I actually want tyo learn PHP myself, though I can't promise I'll know it quickly enough to get started here. I have enough problems trying to get my apache server to work correctly when tinkering in OSX. Server and server programming are just not strong points for me.... yet.
I promise, good or bad, I'll keep bringing my stuff to the table. _________________ I said don't disturb me when I'm cleaning my room. |

There must have been a misunderstanding, then. I was under the impression that you had lost interest in the project. _________________ CaptKevMan
